Job Description

iCapital is looking for a talented Associate – Platform Solutions to join the International Platform Solutions team in Lisbon. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives that enhance our platform capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth. You will work closely with different teams within the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, execution-focused, and motivated to continuously deepen their knowledge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive small to medium-sized end-to-end implementation projects, and actively contribute to larger platform initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Manage and coordinate client meetings, producing status reports and anticipating problems, while establishing a clear communication governance
  • Develop and maintain implementation project plans, alerting to potential project implementation constraints/risks and issues
  • Produce status reports, presentations and other materials to clients or other cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate ongoing implementation activities with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are covered
  • Manage, coordinate, and control the implementation of project-related documents to ensure quality and consistency, namely identify and resolve project issues, dependencies and blockers
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating issues early and proposing solutions rather than waiting for direction
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements
  • Gather business and functional requirements and configure platform settings to answer client needs
  • Lead configurations on the platform to achieve client's business outcomes/Target Operating Model
  • Support and guide the definition of clients' workflows and use cases
  • Provide support in test cases definition and manage and drive their execution
  • Rapidly develop a strong working knowledge of all relevant platform interfaces and independently use them to support client implementations and problem-solving
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools

Requirements

  • Academic and/or professional qualification in Business Management / Finance or related fields
  • 3+ years of work experience in business integration, project technology implementation
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation
  • Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability
  • Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures
  • Demonstrate initiative, passion, willingness to roll up one's sleeves, get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Holding a Master's degree is a plus
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
  • any other languages are an added advantage
  • Experience in analyzing system workflows and business process flow is a plus
