Job Responsibility:
Support activities across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations, engagement and talent management
Involved in the delivery of the People strategy including HR programs and stretch projects
Preparation of monthly reporting and analytics
Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Internal Mobility, Employee Relations), HR Delivery to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and effectively developed
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor degree (all majors welcome to apply)
Display a high degree of initiative & agility
Energetic and enterprising individual

Ability to work in a team and independently
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
