Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented People Operations & Benefits Associate to join our Global People Shared Services team. You will be the primary engine for our 2026 transition to internal benefits, acting as a key partner to our People Business Partners (PXBPs) and the face of PX for our North American employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the "face of benefits" for North American employees, providing empathetic and timely support for all inquiries via our internal ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Serve as the main operational link between Staffbase and our external partners, including benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
  • Support the 2025/2026 U.S. benefits renewal and the end-to-end migration from our PEO to an internal PX-administered structure
  • Work closely with external advisors to manage plan implementation, and the rollout of internal PX-administered benefits
  • Act as the guardian of our people data in Workday, ensuring 100% accuracy during the migration from PEO systems and performing regular audits to maintain a "single source of truth"
  • Document new workflows, manage complex data migration, and help implement our new internal vendor ecosystem
  • Partner with external authorities and providers to ensure we stay ahead of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA regulations while keeping internal records audit-ready
  • Guide teammates through enrollments and life events while creating engaging FAQs and training materials that make complex benefits information easy to understand
  • Handle all administrative and operational tasks within the PX organization that support the employee lifecycle
  • Drive the employee onboarding and orientation process to support employees from their first day, while also managing the offboarding experience to ensure a professional and supportive transition
  • Actively support People Business Partners in all HR-related topics, providing the operational backbone for staffing and employee experience
  • Manage incoming employee matters through our internal ticketing system (Zendesk) with a focus on empathy and business acumen
  • Support the administration and preparation of payroll processes for the NA region on a regular basis, ensuring high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Support process optimization and internal documentation to ensure our new internal model is scalable and efficient

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in U.S. benefits administration and partnering, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment
  • Proven experience working with brokers and external vendors, particularly through system transitions or offboarding from PEO platforms
  • Experience with Workday, Zendesk, and benefits platforms (e.g., Employee Navigator), with a strong understanding of how these systems integrate
  • A background in human resources with a passion for optimizing systems and maintaining 100% accurate data
  • Strong communication skills to advise internal customers and support employees with empathy
What we offer:
  • Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan)
  • Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $1608
  • Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August
  • Wellbeing - Monthly Wellbeing Allowance $40, from fitness to mental health, hobbies to relaxation
  • Support - we’re offering a 401(k) plan with company match and health plans, including dental & vision. Parents can get 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Volunteer Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project
