Job Description:

As our new Partner Manager for the Venture Market EMEA region, you’ll join the regional sales organization at Staffbase - a fast-growing leader in employee communications software. You’ll work alongside experienced go-to-market professionals to support and drive growth through a strong ecosystem of referral partners and digital consultancies across the venture market EMEA region. You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and Sales Development and collaborate closely with our regional sales teams, while learning to build trusted relationships with our partners. Your mission? Support the growth of pipeline and ARR by helping to activate, enable, and co-sell with our valuable partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Partner Strategy: Assist in executing the UKI partner sales plan, including participation in business planning sessions and pipeline reviews
  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the identification, engagement, and activation of new partners through structured onboarding and early enablement to build initial pipeline and partner momentum
  • Build Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for referral, reseller, and consultancy partners across the venture markets, ensuring partners receive timely updates, resources, and support
  • Collaborate on Marketing: Work with the Marketing team to support co-marketing activities, partner campaigns, and partner events
  • Track Performance: Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline and won ARR) and support reporting on partner contributions to regional growth targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships (to include both referral and re-seller models) and B2B sales (SaaS experience is a major plus)
  • A proactive "self-starter" mindset with a hunger to learn how to grow a partner business independently
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English
  • Initial experience or interest in working with enterprise-level organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and a passion for the HR-tech/Internal Comms space
  • At least 25% travel will be required to meet partners in region

Nice to have:

SaaS experience

What we offer:
  • Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan)
  • Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of £1356
  • Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August
  • Support - we’re offering support on private health insurance and competitive Paid Parental Leave to support new parents
  • Volunteers Day - you’ll get one day off per year for supporting a social project
