Job Description:

A highly-driven and reputable Construction Consultancy are on the look out for a knowledgeable yet ambitious Associate Partner Construction Project Manager to become part of their establish London team. The role offers a substantial and diverse portfolio of projects within the Construction Industry, encompassing a wide spectrum of sectors, including industrial, leisure, healthcare, education, residential (social and developer projects), office fit-outs, and projects involving listed buildings and conservation.

Job Responsibility:

Building robust, enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders
Leading a team to maintain a stellar track record of service and reputation
Collaborating with fellow associates and equity partners
Attending site visits to ensure project success

Requirements:

RICS Chartered Membership (preferred)
Extensive experience across small project through to larger multi-million pound projects
Previous consultancy experience required
Competent in MS Office software
Proactive and Responsive attitude
Team Player
Diverse Build Sector experience
