Provides research and resolution of bank to bank transaction errors, Wholesale customer adjustments, over-the-counter retail customer deposit disputes and missing work
Team researches and resolves errors that occur during processing of checks through internal departments or from other banks. Errors can include but are not limited to mis-posted items, missing items, double-posted items, encoding errors, and mis-routed or missing bundles of checks.
