Job Description

Associate Operations Manager – Energy & Infrastructure. To role supports the effective delivery of operational services across assigned contracts, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations. The role works closely with operational leaders to implement plans, monitor performance, manage teams and suppliers, and maintain strong client relationships. The postholder contributes to continuous improvement, cost control, and service quality while developing their leadership and commercial capability. The postholder will work towards having direct responsibility for the delivery of one or more client contracts and/or sites.

Requirements

  • Experience in an operational and/or support role, including managing teams and/or contributing to complex mobilisations and demobilisations
  • Experience working in complex operational environments
  • Experience supporting delivery of business objectives, driving innovation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-focused, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities
  • Strong customer focus with a proven record of delivering high levels of client satisfaction
  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Holds, or is willing to obtain, required offshore certifications: OEUK Medical and Food Handlers Medical (including shoulder measurements), BOSIET/FOET, and MIST
  • Due to offshore safety requirements, this role is subject to OEUK Safe Weight Limit guidelines, effective from 1 November 2026

  • Sample quality oversight: Including surveying data sources for TMG sample collection, processing and transit issues. Record sample deviations, manage and track implementation of CAPAs where applicable, in collaboration with Central Lab vendor(s) and the Quality team
