Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused Associate Operations Coordinators to join our team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing essential operational tasks to ensure smooth shipment coordination and top-tier customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Responsibility:

Execute shipment coordination tasks, including creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing
monitor task boards and email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests
document events in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required
validate and maintain the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards
follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
collaborate with team members to meet operational and quality standards
perform additional duties as assigned, in alignment with team and country-specific requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
previous customer service experience
ability to work evenings and/or weekends

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
customer service experience in a call center or logistics environment
strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
proven attention to detail and accuracy
commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace
