We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Associate Operations Coordinator to support our customer service and operations team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This role requires availability for nights and weekends is required. Training will be onsite in Eden Prairie for 3 weeks, you will then be able to work from home! Must be local to Minnesota and able to commute to Eden Prairie as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate workflows
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Schedule appointments and manage calendars to keep operations on track
Process invoices and verify billing accuracy
Coordinate shipping activities and monitor delivery timelines
Track data, prepare reports, and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office
Monitor quality standards and follow established policies and procedures
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Follow and help improve standard operating procedures to drive efficiency
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working nights and weekends
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
