Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee daily office functions to ensure efficient operations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage scheduling, including appointments and meetings, to optimize team productivity
Process invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Support shipping and logistics functions by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
Monitor and uphold quality standards in all operational activities
Assist in training and onboarding new team members in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with various departments to execute standard operating procedures effectively
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or office administration
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with standard operating procedures and company policies
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of shipping functions, invoice processing, and scheduling
