  • Experience managing Incident tickets, Change tickets & Service Requests in ServiceNow
  • Experience in enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk Enterprise, Extrahop, Sensu, AppDynamics to identify and respond to alerts
  • Experience in analysing and triaging issues using Standard Operating Procedures- SOPs
  • Experience in application patching activities
  • Experience in Splunk Enterprise, ServiceNow, Extrahop, Sensu, Omegamon, Tivoli
  • Experience in System administrative in Windows- Windows Server or Linux - RedHat
