Job Responsibility

  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing in a large, complex ED, in collaboration with the Associate Operating Officer (AOO) and the System Emergency Physician-in-Chief, to drive high-quality patient care, staff engagement, and organizational goals
  • Assume responsibility for 312 FTEs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees required (one of which must be in Nursing)
  • Current RN license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
  • Ten years of progressive leadership experience in an academic emergency department setting
  • A transformational and servant leader
