Job Description:

We are seeking a strong clinical leader for our Aged Care wing. This is a Full-Time ANUM Year 2 position designed for a nurse who is passionate about geriatric care and excels in a Person in Charge capacity. Please Note the Roster: You will provide vital leadership coverage outside of the NUM’s standard hours (Mon-Fri, 0700–1530). This requires a flexible approach to afternoon and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ANUM or In-Charge within the Aged Care sector

  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ACFI/AN-ACC requirements
  • A natural leader who can mentor staff and ensure high-quality resident outcomes
  • 4 years experience
  • Bachelors in nursing
  • Right to Work: currently in Australia with full working rights
  • Willing to relocate to Regional Victoria
