Are you a godly, servant-hearted woman who longs to see women's lives transformed by following Jesus? Orange Evangelical Church is looking for an Associate Minister (Woman) to join our growing ministry team as we seek to make disciples of Jesus in Orange and beyond. At OEC, we're committed to men and women serving side-by-side as the family of God. We long to see women of all ages equipped, supported, and growing as courageous disciple-makers and leaders in our church community. This is a part-time role (including Tuesdays and Sundays) with opportunities to: Lead and strengthen OEC's Women's Ministry Team; Plan and shape ministries that helps women connect, grow, and serve; Equip women to teach the Bible, lead others, and share their faith; Train and mentor female ministry apprentices, helping them take their next steps in gospel ministry; Partner with a supportive, gospel-driven staff team to see women across OEC's five congregations joyfully follow Jesus. There is potential for the role to increase as ministry opportunities develop. Our prayer is that God would bring us a growing Christian woman shaped by prayerfulness, godly character, and Scripture (Titus 1, 1 Tim 3, 1 Pet 5) who is: Able to faithfully teach God's Word in varied settings; A confident communicator - one-to-one and up front; Theologically trained at a reformed theological college; A proactive leader who enjoys starting new initiatives with others; Passionate about equipping others for ministry; Organised, collaborative, and committed to OEC's mission and Code of Conduct.
