Job Description:

As an Associate Manager, Media, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic and multi-cultural teams, driving the delivery of best-in-class media campaigns for one of the world’s most respected luxury groups. You will be instrumental in shaping strategy and execution across both branding and performance initiatives, spanning all media channels. This role offers significant opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and deepen client relationships within the luxury sector.

Job Responsibility:

Lead day-to-day client and partner relationships, serving as a primary contact for a luxury account
Collaborate on developing and presenting advanced media strategies and innovative campaign ideas
Oversee flawless execution, timely delivery, and meticulous budget management for campaigns
Develop and deliver insightful reports, competitive analyses, and post-campaign performance
Lead media proposal negotiations and recommendations for optimal value and effectiveness
Ensure adherence to financial processes and accurate data reconciliation
Contribute to the training and development of junior team members

Requirements:

3-4 years progressive media planning experience in an agency setting
Proven client-facing skills, strong presentation abilities, and relationship management
Deep understanding of media trends
Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management abilities
Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and digital media tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, positive attitude, eager for career advancement, and capable of mentorship
