Job Description

This is a full-stack performance media role for someone who can own strategy end-to-end and execute in-platform across paid search, programmatic, and paid social. The role sits at the intersection of analytical rigor and channel fluency — translating complex performance data into clear recommendations and presenting directly to senior stakeholders at Fortune 500 clients. You will operate as the performance authority across your client portfolio, with full ownership from plan to execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Own performance media strategy end-to-end across paid search, programmatic, and paid social for a portfolio of Fortune 500 and growth-stage clients
  • Build media plans and execute directly in-platform across all channels
  • Analyze complex performance data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable client-facing recommendations
  • Present strategy, results, and optimization plans directly to senior brand stakeholders
  • Develop and optimize campaigns against client business objectives, managing performance across the full funnel
  • Stay current on platform updates, channel trends, and emerging media opportunities
  • Actively integrate AI tools into media workflows to improve speed, quality, and performance outcomes
  • Serve as a performance media resource internally across client teams and departments

Requirements

  • Full-stack performance media expertise across paid search, programmatic, and paid social
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear, client-facing narratives and recommendations
  • Comfortable executing in-platform across all channels
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience presenting to senior brand stakeholders
  • AI-positive mindset with a genuine interest in integrating emerging tools into media practice
