Job Responsibility
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies that integrate digital performance tactics with local traditional media (broadcast, OOH, print) to meet diverse client objectives
Act as the primary strategic lead and point of contact for key clients
independently manage relationships and build trust through expert consultation, proactive communication, and consistent delivery of results
Present complex strategies and performance data to executive-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Navigate challenging conversations and high-pressure situations with a professional and solutions-oriented demeanor
Leverage emerging technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance media planning, optimize campaign performance, and drive operational efficiencies
Provide guidance and leadership to junior media team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Requirements
Minimum of eight years work experience in media planning and strategy, with a proven track record in both digital and local traditional media
Deep understanding of the full media funnel and the ability to build multi-channel and performance-centric strategies that move the needle
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value client relationships independently, from initial onboarding through long-term strategic growth
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, characterized by professional poise and the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience or a strong interest in organizational transformation, specifically regarding how teams adapt to new technologies and workflows
Adept with AI to elevate media strategies, audience segmentation, or campaign performance optimization is highly preferred
Ability to work from our office location two to three days per week to facilitate collaboration and team culture
Strong working knowledge of various media tools (e.g., Strata, Comscore, Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, and Scarborough)
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
Ability to effectively manage timelines and deadlines, confidently negotiate, and bring new ideas to the table
