Job Responsibility:

  • Production and review of mechanical system designs and specifications
  • Undertaking design calculations and generating technical reports
  • Conducting site surveys
  • Coordinating with external and internal design teams

Requirements:

  • HNC/Degree in Electrical or building services
  • Working towards Chartership with a professional membership of a relevant institute (CIBSE, IET, IMechE, IHEEM)
  • A solid track record in building services design (5-10 years minimum design experience) and at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Hevacomp, REVIT, MS Project, etc.
  • Familiarity with British standards, building regulations documents, and HTMs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead design team meetings and build rapport with clients

Nice to have:

Experience in Mechanical Engineering services systems designs across diverse building types, particularly those related to healthcare
