Job Description:

To execute day to day SAP transactions, prepare shortage lists, monitor line loading at general packing station, and manage inventory and material flow for production.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS report
Co-ordinate with Planning team for daily and weekly planning
Prepare daily material availability and shortage production order wise and line wise
Customer and travel card wise material supply to general packing station to close all production order
Prepare and Publish shortage report as per production requirement
COGI clearance
Stock adjustment process like quarantine stock, 309 & PID by following approval formalities
Reasoning for stock discrepancy
Transfer posting of material production order wise
Active participation in 5S, ESP, Stock taking activity
Prepare inventory trend report and publish
Ensure Zero handling rejection

Requirements:

Any graduation (Diploma will have preference)
Material management will be added advantages
Experience of 3-5 years in Materials department
Good Command on SAP
WMS exposure will have added advantage
Must be expert in excel & SAP
Computer knowledge in Microsoft offices: Word, Excel and Power Point and the ability to learn new system
Good Organizing & Time Management skills
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
People Management skills

Nice to have:

WMS exposure
Material management knowledge
