We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Marketing Manager to support one of the largest and most important brands within our US Advanced Surgery portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate and high-impact contribution by managing all day-to-day downstream brand activities and driving clinical awareness and market differentiation. The successful candidate will be expected to outperform the market and deliver incremental, above-LRP revenue, making this position a key driver of growth and strategic value for the business.
Job Responsibility:
Lead all downstream product management for the brand, including sales and customer execution support
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and brand messaging to drive above-market growth and differentiation
Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
Support training initiatives for sales teams and customers to ensure product understanding and adoption
Manage budget and contribute to P&L oversight, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence stakeholders and build excitement around brand initiatives
Drive clinical awareness and product differentiation in the market
Execute high-impact programs that support sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage a P&L
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
able to influence and engage cross-functional teams
Passionate about working with customers and sales teams to deliver results
