Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Menu & POS, the Associate Marketing Manager, Menu & POS provides support on the development and production of all menu materials. This role is responsible for the coordination of workback schedules and project management for menu, working with cross functional teams and vendor partners to ensure materials are produced as efficiently as possible and delivered on time to restaurants.
Job Responsibility:
Support the development and production of menu materials, including creative development, photoshoots, sourcing stock, file delivery, proofing for accuracy in pricing, grammar, spelling and consistency, and printing all materials while ensuring successful and timely delivery to all restaurants
Assist in the management of key milestones to ensure they are met by cross-functional team members, as well as oversight of POS Calendar & Planogram communication
Liaise with vendor partners to drive efficiencies in production and accuracy in delivery
Assist in the management of Kids Menu launches, including development and production of new menus, and coordination with our KidzSmart partners
Assist in coordinating menu photoshoots and any production-related needs, as required.
Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing
1-2 years of marketing or advertising experience (restaurant industry specific would be an asset)
Strong organization, coordinating and scheduling, attention to detail, prioritization, and communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills
Strong Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) skills
Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and have a drive for results.
Nice to have:
Restaurant industry specific experience would be an asset.
