This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter. The Associate Marketing Manager for Global Marketing – HEMOPATCH is responsible for supporting the global strategy, commercialization, and in‑market success of Baxter’s HEMOPATCH Sealing Hemostat brand. This role plays a key part in shaping portfolio growth, executing global marketing programs, partnering with regional teams, and driving cross‑functional alignment to ensure HEMOPATCH reaches its full potential in the global surgical solutions market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and execution of the global brand strategy for HEMOPATCH
  • Analyze global market dynamics, competitive activity, clinical trends, and customer insights
  • Develop global marketing campaigns, sales tools, and promotional assets
  • Manage creation of surgeon-focused content and educational tools
  • Work with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, and regional teams
  • Assist in planning global launch readiness activities
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of brand performance, market share, and segmentation
  • Monitor competitive intelligence and emerging technologies
  • Support KOL engagement plans, advisory boards, and congress strategy
  • Lead workstreams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or related function, ideally in medical devices
  • Strong understanding of product commercialization and market analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
