Job Description

The Associate Manager, Transformation Office plays a critical role in Fortune Brands Innovations’ enterprise transformation efforts. This position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for strategic problem solving, and the ability to provide independent thought partnership. The Associate Manager will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

  • Project Ownership & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to help implement strategic initiatives
  • Insight Generation: Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Capability Building: Support the development of programs to build expertise in strategy, analytics, and transformation methodologies
  • Strategic Analysis & Research: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of top-tier management consulting or 5+ years of total work experience in strategy or other relevant roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow within a strategic function
