Job Responsibility:

  • Manages and constantly improves the recruitment process for the Professional Talent Solutions, ensuring an exceptional level of service and efficiency to clients and candidates
  • Contributes to setting the performance objectives for own team, regularly monitoring workload and progress
  • Drives initiatives to improve candidate feedback mechanisms, ensuring the recruitment process for management and specialist roles is responsive to candidate needs
  • Provides guidance to the team on the design of accurate job descriptions for mid to senior managerial and specialist roles that reflect both the role requirements and the company's culture
  • Partners with universities, industry associations, and networking events to tap into experienced professionals in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support
  • Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Professional Talent Solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments
  • Streamlines recruitment processes for mid to senior management and specialist roles, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
  • Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within Professional Talent Solutions
  • Coordinates the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and builds good relationships with medium-sized clients within the Professional Talent Solutions Grade Descriptor
  • Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
  • Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
