Leads small recruitment delivery teams, ensuring effective candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and client satisfaction. Provides guidance to recruiters, resolves issues, and drives compliance in recruitment delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversees the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activities, ensuring sourcing, screening, and placement activities are delivered to agreed standards
  • Engages directly with hiring managers to clarify workforce requirements, translating them into practical recruitment strategies that balance speed and quality
  • Monitors recruitment performance metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and placement success, preparing reports that inform decision-making
  • Acts as the escalation point for candidate or client concerns, resolving complex issues quickly to maintain trust in the recruitment process
  • Provides coaching and feedback to recruiters, strengthening their skills in candidate assessment, client interaction, and process compliance
  • Implements process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and piloting digital sourcing tools to enhance productivity and scalability
  • Ensures strict compliance with internal policies, labor law, and data protection requirements in recruitment delivery
