As Associate Manager, Sales Account Management, you will be responsible for all Sales Strategies for the assigned channel (MTI). Develop and manage SCJ business in the assigned group of accounts and achieving annual objectives of volume, profit, and growth for the accounts within provided budget. Build bench strength by identify, recruit, develop & supervise team within area of responsibility.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and Identify opportunity, anticipate and managing challenge to deliver KPI revenue, profitable growth and position in the market
Drive Account management and Channel Development
Knowledgeable account/channel profile and situation, build trusted business partnership
Define strategic development plan including to define opportunity and bring account/channel to the next level of business performance
Driving category growth opportunity in the assigned channel based on account profiles and shopper behavior (planograming, promotion strategy, pricing strategy and assortment strategy)
Build, Execute & Evaluate Smart spending to get optimum result (maximum allocated budget)
Develop and manage budget plan, utilization/execution, monitoring and evaluation
Deliver and evaluate Sales Fundamental (Distribution, Service level, AR)
Ensure must carry SKU available, visible, and reachable
Excellent execution to serve customer needs: fresh products, sufficient stock, and complete assortment
Ensure accounts deliver the commitment payment tenure
Lead the business process through alignment both of internal and external with excellent operation process to get optimum results from planning, execution, evaluation and anticipation
Ensure to deliver perfect store target: complete assortment, Planogram compliance, captaincy partnership, Share of space, free display, pricing compliance, driving winning in store
Lead in managing Distributor to support modern trade channel requirement/KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any major
Min 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales Function
min. 2 year as People Manager and in Modern Trade
Leadership capabilities
Proficiency in English is must
Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
Proven improvement track record
