Job Responsibility
Drive global marketing strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle for the elastomeric infusion pump portfolio
Serve as the primary commercial representative for new product development (NPD), sustaining project organization (SPO) initiatives, and in‑market optimization
Work cross‑functionally with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional marketing teams
Own and execute global marketing strategy for the elastomeric portfolio across NPD, sustaining initiatives, regulatory transitions, cost reduction, and product phase-out
Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, prioritization recommendations, and resource needs
Identify unmet customer needs and growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer engagement
Serve as global marketing member on project core teams for NPD and SPO initiatives
Define and communicate market and customer requirements
Lead or support market research activities
Conduct market impact assessments for product changes
Develop commercial business cases
Support development of global value propositions and pricing strategies
Monitor and benchmark competitive offerings
Partner with regional and downstream marketing teams for successful global and regional launches
Support development and approval of training materials and marketing collateral
Conduct regular global or regional update sessions
Maintain drug stability database and identification and prioritization of new drugs for study
Support demand forecasting and supply alignment
Monitor portfolio performance
Provide regular portfolio performance updates
Support implementation of Medical Device Regulation (MDR) labeling transitions
Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
Support product quality initiatives, field actions, and continuous improvement activities
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Human Factors teams
Manage relationships with third‑party finished goods suppliers
Lead and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority
