Job Description:

Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for building and scaling best-in-class reporting and measurement tools and processes to support our Restaurant advertisers and the DoorDash Partnership team on business insights and marketing analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze: You enjoy hunting for insights and using data to share meaningful learnings and make actionable recommendations
  • Scale: You are ready to roll up your sleeves to build and scale new & existing tools & processes
  • Partner: You’ve worked closely with advertisers before and know what data they need to achieve their marketing goals
  • Innovate: Lead the development of new data integrations with measurement & AdTech partners to unlock advanced targeting, measurement, and optimization use cases.
  • Build: Deploy privacy-enhancing measurement solutions, including experimentation with clean rooms and first-party data collaboration frameworks

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or operations
  • high growth startup experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing solutions aligned with business goals
  • Experience with digital tracking, attribution and incrementality measurement across web and app environments, including hands-on experience with adtech tools (e.g., Mobile Measurement Partners, Customer Data Platforms, Data Clean Rooms)
  • Demonstrated expertise in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), including app attribution, incrementality measurement, and API integrations
  • You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
  • You are a strong communicator and project manager, taking pride in the quality work your team delivers
  • You have a BA/BS degree
