Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team, with a focus on Restaurant Growth. This team is dedicated to growing our restaurant marketplace by launching new selection, enhancing in-app merchandising, helping negotiate new merchant partnerships, and commercializing products that help our restaurant partners grow their businesses on DoorDash. In this role, you will define and execute DoorDash's restaurant strategy, creating sustainable value for restaurants, consumers, and Dashers while unlocking incremental marketplace revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep sense of ownership. If you're excited about launching 0 to 1 projects, solving customer challenges, working in fast-paced environments, and managing a marketplace business line with broad impact, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in a problem-solving role (consulting, tech, banking)
