Job Description:

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of raw materials into our operations. By leading a team across three shifts and driving continuous improvement, you will help deliver products that meet consumer expectations while supporting the plant’s Compelling Business Need and journey map. Your leadership will shape operational excellence and foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Provide 24/7 accountability for raw material warehousing and inventory management
Set clear direction and priorities aligned with site and corporate objectives
Manage personnel and processes for safe, efficient receiving operations
Create and control budgets for Receiving across three shifts
Develop and coach Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and team members
Track and close gaps on KPIs including safety, quality, and cost
Oversee warehouse systems, equipment, and storage spaces
Ensure accurate inventory reporting and secure, sanitary warehousing
Lead daily management systems such as DDS, RCFA, and Continuous Improvement
Communicate business unit results and needs to senior management

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years of leadership experience

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
Experience working in production, warehousing, or logistics
Background in food safety and sanitation practices
Exposure to strategic planning and capital forecasting processes
