Job Description

The Associate Manager, Human Resources, Field HR supports the execution of HR initiatives. Will support the business by aligning with HRDC (MyHR), COEs, and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources, to deliver HR programs and initiatives across the organization. The Associate Manager, Human Resources, Field HR will support employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience and/or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices and applicable laws / regulations
  • Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels to gather information
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • English fluent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
