Job Description

The Medical Device Application Specialist provides expert clinical and technical support for the company's medical device portfolio (HST Product range) to drive successful product adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction. This role involves product demonstrations, hands-on training, troubleshooting, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers (surgeons, nurses, technicians)
  • Provide comprehensive, hands-on training to clinical staff on the safe and effective use of the medical devices
  • Offer clinical and technical support during initial device setup, high-profile procedures, and post-installation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues remotely and on-site
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets by providing product expertise during the sales cycle
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to marketing teams for product improvement and development
  • Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge on product specifications, clinical procedures, and competitive products
  • Travel extensively to customer sites, conferences, and trade
