Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience
  • Support the identification of process optimization opportunities
  • Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist with project communication and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders
  • Assist in resource allocation and project planning
  • Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process services
  • Experience in business process analysis and recommendations
  • Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster) a plus

  • Play a critical role in the design, delivery and reporting of key talent processes that align with and drive business priorities – including performance management, talent reviews and other key processes
