Job Responsibility
Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience
Support the identification of process optimization opportunities
Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members
Assist with project communication and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders
Assist in resource allocation and project planning
Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in business process services
Experience in business process analysis and recommendations
Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Nice to have
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster) a plus
