Job Description

This role is responsible for managing Total Rewards Operations for India and deliver professional compensation processes or areas such as focal point (bonus, merit, LTI, DLTI, Promotions etc), job evaluations, pay recommendation (internal & external), salary planning benchmarking and market pricing exercise.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the focal point, mid-year cycles, systems set up & configuration testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution for APAC or AMESA Sectors
  • Partner in development of merit & IC ranges and budgets
  • Administer LTI & Pay Equity activities
  • Understands basic concepts of Total Rewards such as Differentiated Merit, Adjustment to minimum and Lumpsum
  • Data management understanding as well as good in excel
  • Experience in Offer Process, Pay Recommendations (Internal & External)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 – 7 year’s work experience with at least 3 years in Total Rewards supporting AMESA or APAC or other Global developed countries in a similar large scale setup (120K+ employee base)
  • Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas and implement the solution
  • HR Tools and technologies, especially TR tools proficiency required
