Overview: Assoc Analyst - B&I performance reporting, forecasting, financial modeling and ad hoc support

Job Responsibility

  • Brand Reporting: Deliver weekly/periodic reports with insights
  • Forecasting & Modeling: Create SKU-level forecasts, pricing/mix models, and sensitivity analysis
  • Automation: Develop Excel models for reporting efficiency
  • Support Cornerstone activities - Review & Approve assigned BP's in cornerstone
  • Mosaic & Cockpit Reporting

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in FP&A/Analytics (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong Excel, Power BI, Power Query experience with IRI and other insight tools
  • P&L understanding, forecasting, and data storytelling skills
  • Preferred CA or MBA Finance candidates
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented
  • organized in approach and in document maintenance
