Job Responsibility:
Accountable for managing aspects of the logistics process to ensure successful shipment of products
Manages and contributes to the administration of the shipment process to ensure client satisfaction
Contributes to the successful management of the shipment of products
Regularly interacts with vendors to ensure the timeous and successful completion of shipments
Ensures the successful shipment of items by planning, receiving, processing and tracking shipments
Accountable for managing components of the shipment process including the escalation of problems and stakeholder management
Filing documents, tracking orders, liaising and working with clients and suppliers, and entering data into relevant software systems
Ensures that all supply chain procedures are supported and implemented, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation
Contributes to the improvement of internal processes and systems
Flexible and adaptable working hours aligned with operational and client requirements
Assist with the preparation and submission of shipment quotations
Requirements:
High School Certification or equivalent qualification
Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain or related desirable
Solid previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
1–3 years of logistics or Supply Chain experience, with hands‑on involvement in Shipment Coordination, documentation, and system tracking, along with strong administrative skills, and stakeholder coordination to support daily logistics operations
Excellent time management skills and problem-solving orientation
Good knowledge of import and export practices and processes
An understanding of global trade, marine and transit insurance and letters of credit
Organization, and planning
effective and efficient communication skills
Solid attention to detail
Good understanding of the order fulfilment cycle
Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
Basic accounting knowledge
Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations and standards
Demonstrated flexibility with working hours to meet operational requirements
