Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate - Logistics Performance. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of Rider Pay and Incentives, and logistics operations across our foodora markets. You will assist with operational tasks, monitoring key metrics and reporting related to rider compensation, incentives and staffing, working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners. This role focuses on executing key processes, creating operational tools, and supporting ongoing improvements to rider incentives and logistics performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day rider staffing and rider incentive related tasks across European markets
  • Assist with the rollout and monitoring of rider pay models and incentives
  • Conduct routine data checks to identify operational issues, cost anomalies, or data quality gaps
  • Support senior team members with maintenance tasks, documentation, analysis and automations
  • Prepare data reports and dashboards to track operational performance and rider pay accuracy
  • Partner with fleet growth and operations teams to share insights on demand patterns and staffing needs

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in an analytical, operational, or business-related role, including internships or graduate roles
  • university degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • excellent proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL
  • comfortable working with data to produce reports, track metrics, and support analysis
  • highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow processes in a fast-paced environment
  • motivated to learn, ask questions, and build understanding of rider incentive and logistics operations
  • excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
