Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Loan Documentation Processor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support in preparing loan documents for review
  • Review completed loan packages against system data and correcting errors
  • Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures
  • Perform routine administrative and operational tasks related to loan documentation
  • Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate questions and issues
  • Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team on basic information related to the routine loan documents review process
  • Preparing loan documents
  • Entering loan information into system, and to satisfy the loan
  • Complete verification and checking of various document
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Reach out to State side stakeholders for any issues on the loan

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience of working on Mortgage loans
  • Knowledge of US mortgage industry
