Ellie Mental Health Alpharetta North Point is hiring Associate Licensed Therapists (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT, or license-eligible in Georgia) seeking high-quality supervision, steady referrals, and a clear, supported path to full licensure. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want to build a consistent caseload quickly, grow their clinical skills in a private practice setting, and steadily increase their earnings as they progress toward independent licensure.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system
  • Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field
  • Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia
  • A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure
  • Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture
