Our centralized support team handles referrals, scheduling, billing, credentialing, and technology — allowing you to spend more time doing what you love: helping clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outpatient therapy under direct clinical supervision
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and 25 completed sessions weekly
  • Serve as primary clinician and point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with team members and community providers to support continuity of care
  • Use creative, evidence-informed interventions to help clients meet goals
  • Attend weekly clinical meetings, trainings, and team activities

Requirements:

  • Active Idaho associate license (registered counseling intern accepted)
  • Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
  • Timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and technology (Valant experience a plus)
  • Comfort with electronic intake processes and discussing client financial responsibility
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Commitment to providing therapy services exclusively through Ellie during employment
