Job Description

As an Associate Legal Counsel, you’ll be a core member of our Legal team, driving strategic initiatives across product development, regulatory compliance, and business operations. You’ll serve as the primary legal point of contact for investment and payment-related matters and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Strategy, Marketing, Compliance, and other business stakeholders. Your role will involve providing strategic legal advice, fostering innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across Satispay’s diverse offerings.

Requirements

  • Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in advising on financial regulations and customer-facing products
  • Experience in tech innovation applied to e-money or MiFID services is ideal
  • Strategic and risk-based approach
  • Product counseling skills
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
  • Sound judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus
