Contribute to teaching and supporting students in modern computational methods in statistics, including Monte Carlo methods, resampling techniques, computationally intensive statistical inference and statistical programming.
Previous teaching or academic experience covering simulation methods, pseudo-random numbers, generation of random variables, variance reduction methods, randomisation tests, the bootstrap and jackknife, the EM algorithm, and non-parametric regression, smoothing and kernel density estimation is highly desirable.
