We are looking for Associate Learning & Resource Mobilization to support the planning, coordination, and administration of organizational learning and development initiatives by managing training schedules, LMS records, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and learner engagement. Assist in identifying skill development needs, maintaining training documentation, supporting AI-enabled learning solutions, and ensuring employees have access to relevant learning opportunities aligned with business and project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and training partners to facilitate effective learning delivery and continuous workforce development.
Job Responsibility
Monitor entire training lifecycle and activities of resources of various technology stacks on bench
Initiate and track training plan for bench resources according to their career level and project needs
Arrange and manage assignment of relevant technical trainings and post completion make necessary updates in internal system
Collaborate with Resource Allocation team to gather requirements on skills required for ongoing and future projects
Keep track of resources being released from projects and collaborate with relevant teams for next allocations
Take complete ownership of all communication
including maintaining skill inventory, learning material, creating and sharing monthly reports of trained resources with the concerned division/function
Set and manage internal stakeholder expectation
being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication
Consult with the management and provide monthly updates on number of resources trained
Stay updated with the on-going, upcoming and apprehended projects requirements
Align and propose relevant trainings in collaboration with 10Pearls University
Coach and mentor resources on bench, frequently engage with them and address queries promptly
Gather feedback and conduct 45/90/Quarterly performance reviews of bench resources
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in end-to-end training lifecycle across functions, including tracking nominations, enrolments, and completions
Assist in maintaining training plans based on career levels, project needs, and skill gap inputs provided by senior team members
Coordinate scheduling and assignment of technical, soft skills, compliance, and leadership trainings
Work with the Resource Allocation team to collect training and skill requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
Track resource movements (bench/on-project) and update relevant training records
Maintain accurate records in the LMS, including enrolments, content uploads, and completion tracking
Support preparation of training reports, dashboards, and monthly summaries
Assist in maintaining L&D communication materials, skill inventories, and learning documentation
Support adoption of AI-based learning tools by assisting in user coordination and basic usage tracking
Help in drafting training communications and learning content using AI tools under supervision
Support identification of repetitive tasks that may be automated and escalate suggestions to senior team members
Assist in piloting new learning tools by coordinating logistics and collecting feedback/data
Stay aligned with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when required
Coordinate with 10Pearls University for relevant training offerings and updates
Support engagement with bench resources by sharing learning resources and responding to basic queries
Assist in collecting feedback and supporting periodic learning reviews (under guidance)
