Associate lawyer

• Drafting legal agreements & documents pertaining to our areas of expertise
• Legal Research and drafting of legal opinions
• Creating and maintaining a good rapport with the firm's clients through effective and consistent communication and proper explanation of legal issues and processes to clients
• Working effectively as part of a team, including taking an active part in sharing knowledge
• Participating in client meetings/phone conferences

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience, ideally at a Greek law firm specializing in corporate and energy law, or in the legal department of an energy company.
