We are looking for a motivated Associate to join our Investment Operations team in Hoboken, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient management and oversight of investment processes and workflows. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily investment operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in investment data and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for investment processes
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in investment operations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in investment operations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting investment activities
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
