Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures
  • Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders
  • Train and guide other teammates on expanded reporting capabilities
  • Engage with the business partners to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish or enhance processes and tools to optimize functional effectiveness
  • Wall-to-Wall Physical Inventory Audits – Travel 20%
  • Inventory Stock Verification
  • Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations
  • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookup, pivot tables, charts and filters
  • Work experience with SAP, including reporting capabilities
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable research
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and demanding team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
