Associate Infrastructure Analysts | Junior Roles Are you in the first few years of your infrastructure career? Do you hold PR or Australian Citizenship? FinXL is looking for ambitious, early-career Infrastructure Analysts to join our award-winning Associate Program. This role is deployed directly to one of Australia's largest Telecommunications enterprises, offering a clear bridge from 'junior' to 'expert' through high-level project exposure. Why Join the FinXL Associate Program? We don't just place you and forget you. We provide a structured roadmap to ensure your career accelerates: Dedicated Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Site Buddy and a Workforce Manager for formal monthly performance syncs and check-ins. The 'Hardware' Edge: Get out from behind the screen. This role is heavily focused on hands-on hardware - racking, stacking, and configuring physical enterprise gear. Professional Development: Access to our Digital Training Academy and a Q2 Development Roadmap designed to help you master CCNA, Wireless, and beyond. What We Are Looking For Physical Infrastructure: Getting hands-on with hardware-racking, stacking, and cabling in a data center environment. Network Operations: Transitioning from a helpdesk (or similar) mindset to a hardware-centric engineering focus. Project Support: Assisting in the deployment of network and Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure. The Associate Journey Month 1: Integration into the client team with localised support and initial IDP (Individual Development Plan) discussion. Quarterly: Formal Triad IDP reviews with your manager to track workload, feedback, and training milestones. Community: Quarterly team-building and social events with your fellow FinXL Associates.
