Job Responsibility:

  • Represent clients in family-based immigration matters and litigation before immigration courts and federal courts
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants
  • Prepare filings, legal briefs, and responses for complex immigration cases
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to move cases forward efficiently
  • Stay ahead of immigration law trends and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license in at least one U.S. state
  • 2–5 years of immigration or litigation experience
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads (~100 cases concurrently)
