This role is part of the Israeli HSBC Innovation Banking Global Payment Solution team. As an Associate, you will support the Relationship management team, who are responsible for the positioning of commercial banking solutions to the Innovation economy. The suite of products includes Cash Management, Payments, and Integration solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify opportunities within the existing portfolio to grow our business, and help Relationship management team prepare for client meetings, assisting with follow-up actions including call reports and opportunity tracking
  • Review client portfolios to determine gaps in cash management products or opportunities to expand existing relationships
  • Identify process pain points, client’s requirements, industry trends and support improvements to achieve better client outcomes
  • Update and maintain sales reporting data to be shared with senior stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

  • Entry level experience in global payments, sales or sales operations and solutions
  • Ability to think beyond initial set of facts or issues and probe for less obvious solutions
  • Desire to work within the banking industry and passion for innovation and the innovation economy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst continually looking for improvements in performance and processes
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Sound analytical skills – an added advantage
  • Relevant academic degree

Nice to have:

  • Ideally experience in Cards, Payments, Bank Integrations, Digital Channels and Liquidity Solutions
