Job Description:

The Associate HR Operations Generalist is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for supporting various operational aspects of the employee lifecycle such as (but not limited to) tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance. The Associate HR Operations Generalist requires attention to detail and organizational abilities to contribute to the smooth execution of HR operations. This role works under general supervision when working on more complex HR operations activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Assists with ensuring HR activities and processes are in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Receives detailed instructions to use HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making and drive improvements
  • Contributes to organizational change initiatives within HR operations, providing guidance to employees during transitions
  • Works with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations
  • Works with HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS
  • Performs any other related task as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources or related
  • Entry level experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Entry level experience working with HRIS software and other HR-related software tools
  • Entry level experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
  • Entry level administrative support experience
